Pretty much the rest are never-ever-what-are-you-thinking. I mean, if you're the type of person to name your kid after an American Idol or Beyonce or any other Hollywood personality, you're probably not the type of person I get along with. As for ethnic names, I say leave them to those ethnicities -- a Brigitte or Jean-Claude running around AR? What does that say about me exactly? :) My husband would never go for these, but I like Charlotte, London, and Austin; and Chase, Blair, Harrison, Paige, and Georgia.
